Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received and that your payment has been pre-authorized. We will then verify inventory with our suppliers to ensure the item is in stock and ready to ship.

If your item is available and scheduled to ship within 3 business days, we will process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.

If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days after payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout, usually within 24 hours of dispatch.

Standard transit time is about 7 days from the shipment date. Total delivery time is generally 6–10 days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship outside the United States, with limited exceptions. If checkout allows you to enter an international address such as Canada, the order may be eligible for delivery.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will attempt to make changes to the shipping address upon request. Please note:

  • Address changes may cause delays.

  • Any rerouting costs, carrier fees, or additional freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimated Shipping Times

All shipping timelines provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, supply chain issues, or freight volume may affect delivery dates.

If you choose to cancel your order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, storage fees, or restocking charges.

Filing a chargeback for shipping delays will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in further action.
