Warranty Info

Dizplay USA provides a limited two year warranty on eligible LED video display products purchased directly through our website. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period begins on the original purchase date listed on the invoice.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers hardware defects that arise from normal use, including issues related to manufacturing or assembly. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and to products used in their intended environment and application.

Replacement or repair decisions are made at the discretion of Dizplay USA.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Damage caused by accidents, shipping, or handling after delivery
• Exposure to improper power sources, environmental conditions, or weather not rated for the product
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Consumable parts or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Warranty Process

If you believe your product has a warranty eligible issue, contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Additional information, photos, or video may be required to evaluate the claim.

If the claim is approved, Dizplay USA will provide repair or replacement options as applicable.

Shipping and Labor

Shipping costs associated with warranty service are not covered unless otherwise stated. Labor, installation, and removal costs are not included under this warranty.

Limitations

This warranty is non transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Dizplay USA. The warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
