Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships at no charge.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as these products begin production immediately.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Products built to your specifications enter production right after your order is confirmed. These items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
If you’re unsure whether a product is custom, please contact us prior to purchasing.


Returns & Exchanges

Many products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Some items cannot be returned once shipped. Please confirm your item’s eligibility before initiating a return.

Once a returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in brand-new condition, refunds typically take up to 7 business days to appear on the original payment method.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Most non-exchange returns (especially freight/LTL shipments) incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.

  • For exchanges, some fees may be reduced or waived—ask us for details.


Shipping Times & Delays

Estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page. While we work hard to deliver promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier or manufacturer processing times

  • Freight or logistics issues

  • General supply chain interruptions

These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience.


Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Dizplay USA, you agree to the following:

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours, including photos.

  • Returned items that have already shipped are subject to the cost of return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be unopened and unused.

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to third-party factors.

  • You agree not to cancel or initiate a chargeback due to shipping or production delays outside our control.


Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If visible damage is present:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage, packaging, and product SKU.

We will file the freight claim and assist in arranging a replacement. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.


Warranty

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for specific coverage.
Shipping-related damage must be reported within 30 days.
Wear and tear from normal use is not covered under warranty or considered shipping damage.


BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions

For returns involving BOGO offers:

  • Both items must be returned to receive a full refund.

  • If only one item is returned, store credit or a replacement may be issued for that item.

  • Restocking and return shipping fees apply if the order has shipped.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.


Chargebacks

We encourage customers to reach out to us directly with any concerns.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us may be considered misuse of the chargeback process.
Dizplay USA reserves the right to dispute or pursue action for fraudulent chargebacks.
